Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Brattleboro

VERY, VERY BAD customer service !!! Highly not recommend this store.

So we started to go to Aaron's instead of rent a center because it was a little cheaper.

Unfortunately we just have problems with this store because they try to sell us damaged and used items and want to charge the full amount of money.

We didn't get promised promotions even after telling us on the phone .

The store manager tried to avoid us for a few days and told us stories why he couldn't answer our phone calls ! We called the Aaron's Customer service and filed a report against the store.

After this report they had to get in touch with us.

At the end we got a better device and the employee also got a go from the store manager to sell the damaged item for cheaper . We agreed and didn't think about it again.

Then we checked the CC statement and noticed that they don't give us a discount, we pay the full monthly payment.

Pros: deliver and pick up for free easy and fast processing

Cons: you might get used items items look like displays (no professional original package) trying to sell very used stuff for full price trying to avoid you if there is a problem

I do not recommend this...

Bruce and Tim and the others are good people . They will work with you on things and payments. Me and my wife have been with them for a very long time now. We plan on being with them and dealing with them for more.
