Showed up on Sunday at 11:10AM, 10 minutes after the store's posted opening time of 11AM and the doors were locked. Multiple employees were inside standing around, but none had the professionalism to come speak to the growing crowd outside the doors to explain what was going on. After someone eventually got frustrated ans knocked on the glass door did an employee tell us their internet was down. Was this the end of thr world? No. But, for a "luxury" and very expensive fitness brand, you would expect much better treatment. I have to say that the comments in the various negative reviews from this stores prove that even senior management is oblivious (or simply doesn't care) of what is going on...
Read moreI don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this store just has an odd vibe. This was my second visit, and while I understand it’s a newer location, it definitely operates like one. I came in with a concern after an order was canceled through the Alo app, and the staff didn’t make any effort to help they just told me to contact customer service. A rep had previously assured me I could redeem my birthday gift in-store without issue.
As a longtime Alo customer, I usually shop at the Fashion Island location even though it’s a 30-minute drive because their customer service is consistently excellent and welcoming. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here, and I won’t be returning...
