Horrible customer service! Ordered my cheesesteak with no peppers and was very clear that I wanted meat and cheese only. When receiving my order, the sandwich had peppers. I told the cook, Josue, who was not wearing a name tag, that I wanted no peppers. He rudely asked, " so you want me to remake it?" There happen to be a meat and cheese sandwich next to him. Rather than giving that one to me since I ordered first, he made other orders before getting to mine. I was there at least 25 minutes from beginning to recieving my 2nd sandwich. Upon getting my sandwich I asked for mayo in a container to go. To my dismay, he looked at me, sighed and blatantly ignored me. I finally asked if he can just put the mayo on the sandwich. Visibly annoyed, he took the sandwich and put mayo on it. I told him he needs to improve on his customer service and he in a careless tone said, "ok, have a good day". I asked William, another employee, what the cook's name is and William said he was new and didn't know. Not sure who he was trying to fool since there are only 3 employees. I demanded a refund from the cook and asked his name. He told me Josue. I realized he must have been one of the head employees because he was the person who refunded me. Then once he walked away the cashier came up to me and wanted to hand me a punch card as if I would come back. And no, it wasn't for anything free for those reading. He was being audacious. The 3 huddled together and began talking and smirking as I left. I felt as if I was being mocked. I will not eat here due to Josue and the other employees' poor mannerism, extreme rudeness...

I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 regular sized combo and 1 sandwich a la carte plain cheese only($19.36!!!!), the fake long finger nailed (should be unacceptable to wrk around food due to germs)blue haired girl took the order and got 1/2 of the order right. When my number was called I noticed 1 of the sandwiches was totally wrong and the cook/grill wrkr took the wrongly prepared sandwich back with kind of an attitude and made the sandwich correctly.He (the grill/cook)told me in a rude manner to throw the sandwich away but in Spanish. He didn’t know that I spoke Spanish and then began to talk to the blue haired girl in a rude manner about me so I told him to make the sandwiches plain but in Spanish to let him know that I too speak spanish and that I understand what he was about to say about me to the blue haired girl. Advise your employees to be more courteous and more sympathetic to us PAYING customers when a mistake is made on an order. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years,a lot of money has been spent here and have NEVER had an issue with customer service or employees being rude to me.
