I came here with my boyfriend after doing an hour drive to get here since there’s not a store closer to me, we felt the discrimination in this store by majority of the employees except 1 a girl Dominique she’s amazing, she actually wanted to stay with us and help with all my questions I bought a purse and heels that day. The lady manger just kept staring at us as if we were going to steal, and the guy with short blonde hair he came up to us and I thought nice he’s ganna help me today nope after showing me where a certain purse is he quickly left as soon as new people entered the store and catered to them their whole visit and I had to go ask for help. I know Dominique didn’t box my purse since she was with me the whole time but as soon as I got home and opened the box it look like it was just thrown in there not even being properly wrapped with the tissue what a disappointment. I love the brand still but this store needs to work on there customer service and should not judge who has money based...

Went in looking for a new wallet found one that I wanted but they didn't have the smooth leather like I wanted, Laith went above and beyond to find this piece for me. Laith seriously did everything called several stores out of state for me and wait in hold, along with calling numerous outlet store to try and find my wallet. Even though I was discontinued Laith helped me find something comparable that I would enjoy just as much. Laith even gave me the product number and told me to keep checking the outlets and was sure it would pop up soon!!! Couldn’t ask for a better, more attentive experience! I was actually just walking in the store to see what types of bags they have for men - Jordan and her team provided me with amazing recommendations, and…..I walked out with the new Empire bag. Had difficulty choosing the color, but once I did, their staff literally brought me out at least 8 bags to look at in the same tan color, since each bag is unique with its leather. That is service! I couldn’t be happier with the level of service provided, plus the 6 team members that helped me through this entire process. If you’re in the market for a Coach experience, head here!
