Little Elephants Kids Place (Brea) — Local services in Brea

This place was great. It was clearly put together with little ones in mind. It's very safe and interactive. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Both kids were thoroughly entertained for 3 hours and they still did not want to leave when it was time. I only take away one star for sanitation concerns. There was one a little one there who appeared to have a blow out, as I went into the bathroom after them (she was clothed before I went in). The baby was not clothed afterwards and the bathroom smelled awful. I'm a mother of two, I know blow outs happen! And I totally understand!! But afterwards the baby was in the play area where all the other kids were playing in nothing but a diaper... I think it should be a rule that little ones need to be fully clothed to play. That's the only reason I take a star away. Staff was fully aware the baby was at least not clothed, and they didn't...

I tried out this new indoor playground because it had more than 4 stars and reviews are great, however I was so disgusted. They place is so disorganized and so so dirty. There are signs all over the place stating that no outside drinks or food are allowed in the play areas but there was literally trash all over the play area with things such as empty water bottles, kid juices, and candy wrappers. Toys and kid spaces were also very dirty with visible stains and broken /torn play equipment. I understand that this is a kids space and therefore toys will be all over the place but you can definitely tell they never clean the play or snack areas. As you walk around the play area you can feel how sticky the floors are. I am one to never write reviews however I felt this was necessary. I found this place through Instagram and absolutely loved it! The space is beautiful and well laid out + maintained. The staff is friendly and you can see them constantly making sure spaces are clean, and there's a wide range of play available for children. Also loved how there are tables set up and free wi-fi available for parents who need to get some work done, as well as microwave, air fryer and coffee machine available for use. The overall atmosphere felt safe and warm for families to enjoy! Also love how there are dedicated areas for the littlest ones (area for children under 12 months old, area for children 3 and under). I am not local (just visiting family), but if I lived nearby, I would purchase their membership in a heartbeat. Wish I had something like this back at home.
