Nordstrom — Local services in Brea

As to the appearance of the store, I had the feeling thst Nordstrom was really slipping, cutting corners. I cant put my finger on it, it just doesnt seem like I was in the same placd like 10-15 years ago. Maybe its the fact that the mens clothing personal shopper I used to deal with, left for a very high end clothier in Newport Beach. He left for the reasons I gave, the brand is slipping. My wife went upstairs to the womens section, couldn't get any help. Again, store looks like its slipping. Not much selection based on what she saw. Come on Nordstrom, pick yourself up, get back to your former self. As to the mens casual section, had a fine fellow, Jared. He was on the ball. He really did some great reconnaissance for me. Id give him a 5 star rating. Liked his demeanor, and his choice of clothing he picked for me. Id buy from him again. Several months back, another gentleman, James, in fine clothing, helped me in a major jam. Had a death in the family, needed some new threads. James jumped on the spin wheels, found me a suit, fitted, tailored, ready in 3 days. I was seriously amazed. I wanted to recognize James and the tailor for their tenacity. I have been to the Nordstrom store probably 50 times in Brea. But the reason why I am doing my first ever review for the Nordstrom store is because I had such an exceptional experience with the associate Neli P.

She is clearly an expert in women’s professional clothing!

One of the problems that My Wife consistently deals with which makes pant shopping a miserable task for her is the fact that her legs are long, and therefore most pants do not fit her and end up, looking like cropped pants.

She is 5 foot eight and usually needs close to a 32 leg length, which is very difficult to find in women’s pants.

That’s why we were so incredibly excited when Nellie connected us with some fantastic pants that we never would have found on our own.

Both of these pants looked very professional and timeless on My Wife and we were so excited to have the perfect fit!

From the moment I entered the store, Michel greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Despite my limited language skills, he immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable.
