May 2022 Review: I just wanted to write a review to thank George at Swiss Watch Gallery for always helping me out, especially with my recent purchase of two Mother's Day gifts. Both my mother and my wife love their John Hardy bracelets. Whenever I see them, they're wearing it. These gifts were special orders and George made the whole process easy for me.

Every time I've walked in here in the past year, the staff has been very courteous and professional with me. They've never given off the snobby vibe that some Rolex Authorized Dealers have a reputation for. I've talked with George many times about watches (something we both have an interest in) and he gave me honest tips on getting my grail watch, the 124060 Submariner, which I look forward to purchasing at SWG. Besides Rolex, they also have Tudor watches that you can try on and purchase. If you like watches like I do, this place is worth checking out.

April 2022 Review: Hardy jewelry. George, as always, took care of me. He called me to pick them up as soon as they came in. Upon inspection, the jewelry looked better in person than in the pictures online. I was very pleased with my experience. I recommend SWG for anyone looking not just for watches, but jewelry also.

March 2022 Review: This week I had another excellent experience at Swiss Watch Gallery. I came in to make a special order, and George took care of me. He made it easy to order a specific piece of jewelry for a Mother's Day gift. (For anyone who may not know this, they have more than watches. They also have necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, and more.)

Also, if you like Rolex watches, they now have exhibition pieces that you can check out and try on.

Feb 2022 Review: Thank you to George for helping me get a pair of white gold diamond earrings for my spouse. She absolutely loves them! In case you didn't know, SWG is a great place to get jewelry, whether it's earrings, necklaces, or bracelets.

As for watches, I can't yet comment at the moment. I'm eagerly awaiting to purchase a 124060 Submariner (hopefully sooner than later ).

Jan 2022 Review: Last week, I made a quick stop in here shopping for a Valentine's Day gift. Kiki was very helpful at showing me various options. She was very personable (even remembered my favorite color from a previous conversation) and knowledgeable about their inventory. They have a good selection of John Hardy Jewelry, and if there is something specific you want that they don't have in stock, they can order it for you.

Dec 2021 Review: Once again, I had a terrific experience at Swiss Watch Gallery in Brea. Even though their name says “watch,” they also have a wide selection of jewelry. I was looking for a specific piece of jewelry, but they didn't have it in stock. George took care of me by helping me find it and specially ordering it for me. I only had to wait two weeks before it came in. All of the staff members here were courteous and helpful. Over the past many months, whenever I’d come in, the staff were welcoming, and George would patiently help me with any questions or inquiries I had. Also, if you’re into watches, they usually have a decent amount of Tudor watches in stock, but in my experience, the selection varies from month to month. If you want a Rolex, be prepared to wait due to supply shortages. (I, myself, hope to purchase a 124060 Submariner in the near future.) I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking into buying watches or jewelry; in fact, I’ve already recommended this place to many people.

Aug 2021 Review: This place is awesome! Not many people know Swiss Watch Gallery also sells jewelry. Last week, I came here to get a birthday gift for my wife. The staff were very helpful and George helped me find perfect pair of earrings. They even wrapped it really nicely with a professional presentation. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here and I highly recommend this place.

Good morning my friends. I wanted to take a few minutes to write to you all so I can express to you my much earned appreciation for you. The SWG has continued to impress me at every turn and every challenge. I have never had quite this experience with an establishment that was not a family ONLY ran business. I was very close once, but felt slighted after a long partnership. SWG continues to reinforce my belief and trust that a business that employs non-family members can still be as effective in holding family values as those that only trust family in their employ.

I once walked in, looking for an opportunity to co-create a TUDOR Corporate time piece for my employer. You listened to me ramble on and regurgitate all my Rolex knowledge — not only about my dream timepieces, but Rolex in general — never interrupting or rushing me. SWG is a prize in today’s world of impatience and expediency. Your old values and intellect are to be cherished at Swiss Watch Gallery of Brea. SWG is a misplaced relic in a timeframe that does not understand Generation X and Baby Boomers. I thank you for being an old soul in a newer world.

But I digress, this email is really about my appreciation for the kind act that I experienced last week when I received my Rolex Sea Dweller, reference No. 126600. After realizing that I needed one watch to do it all, I mentioned to you all that I was interested in seeing a Sea Dweller because I believed that it was the perfect size between my Submariner and my Deep Sea to satisfy most of my needs in an everyday wearer. Clearly, it did not fail my expectations, as I wear it now as I type this letter of gratitude to you.

You have brought a new smile to this old face with your gracious act of granting me the privilege of purchasing a piece of art. Thank you again my friends.

I imagine that this is going to garner more business to the Swiss Watch Gallery of Brea since many first responders are looking to part ways with Bhindi, or are still on the look out for a new AD since Rolex cancelled so many AD contracts (like my previous AD — whom you know of) in the past few years. But again, I find myself heading into a tangent, so allow me to get back on track — once again:

I just want to let you know that I appreciate you, who you are and what you do.

Lastly, I am brought to humility in knowing that folks as extremely busy as the staff at SWG make every visit feel like the first one. This is why I continue to come to you all for EVERYTHING time piece and jewelry related and this is also why I hold the SWG Family so close to my heart. I am truly blessed to be considered a friend by such an amazing group of people.

With everything that has transpired in the world in the past ten-years, Swiss Watch Gallery of Brea reminds me of the old world and the beauty within what once, was.

Update 9/24/2023

I wanted to follow up on my previous review. I had a great experience with Jake roughly two years ago! Unfortunately, since that review things have changed! Jake has since retired and and any communication and positive interaction has been nonexistent.

I have gotten generic pre populated mass text messages. Also, because of a system change my text messages have not been apparently received and thus not replied too. Showed my message to my sales rep and saw there system where no messages were received. I have been working to try and purchase a Rolex from Swiss for myself for nearly 3 years. My sales rep now is supposedly Mike but that's a very loose description.

I completely understand the market is very hard to adequately supply a watch for all the demand. Nonetheless, I would expect for better service and at the very least a opportunity to purchase a Rolex for myself. I am always happy for others but I see several reviews of others waiting not long at all for watches I have on my list.

I was told purchasing the watch would definitely increase my odds to buy a watch for myself by creating some purchase history. After purchasing the watch I was told leaving a review would help the store and myself. Since doing both nothing has happened for 2+ years.

After the first experience I had such high hopes for the relationship to come but that's no longer the case. I fully expect after this review no further opportunities (not that I had any chance anyway) with the store but I felt it necessary to update my experience.

Original Review 2021 THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

I must say hands down the best customer service I’ve received since I started buying watches. Unfortunately, during this day and age individuals are judged based off race, appearance, and things that should not matter.

I am a young African American male that’s chooses to dress comfortably when I go shopping because I’m dressed up all week long for work. Due to this I am often met with judgmental looks, and sometimes no service at all. This has been a common occurrence for me and sometimes I even expect it. This should not be the case in any business.

Jake from Swiss Watch Gallery Team in Brea Mall was absolutely amazing! From the time I set foot in the store and throughout the purchasing process I felt welcomed and that I was a valued customer even though this was my first time in the store! Jake was able to help me secure my wife’s first Rolex (it’s all downhill from here haha)

As I get older I value a store with excellent customer service more than convenience and a good deal! Swiss Watch Gallery has a new customer for life because of the great service I received during this transaction. Jake I look forward to a lot more business in the future (hopefully sooner than...
