Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Brea

I went in to return something today which went smoothly and of course on my way out, I see something I like and end up staying. Immediately I am getting help by Doina(apologies if it is spelled incorrectly) who then gave me a bag to put my items in. I spotted something on a mannequin that was super cute so I asked a gentleman, Adrian(who I believe is a manager?) where it might be located in the store, he said he wasn’t sure and Leah came to help me find it. In the end of that scenario none of us could find it and I told Leah it was okay and was rummaging through the Pj sets. I happened to look on the website and see the set that was on the mannequin as Doina came over to check on me. So I showed her and asked if it were a possibility to take the mannequins outfit lol she went above and beyond to help me get the pieces to make the set and I ended up getting a pair of free slippers out of it too! But! At check out I was assisted by a lovely girl named Nicole. I felt bad for having a stressful transaction because of the set, slippers and everything else I purchased but she was calm, collected and worked through it very professionally and swiftly. I ordered something from Victoria secret online in November. Never got it in December, so I cancelled it. They still ordered it and charged me. Said they would refund me immediately, as long as I returned it when I got the bra. Never got refunded but I still returned it. Then found out they sent me another damn bra again after what I told them to cancel it the 2nd time. I said to cancel it and I didn't want it I don't how many times. Their response was, well technically it was on back order so it was still delivered to you. Then why refund me the first time? What the hell. I will never ever shop...

At 34 yrs old and being accustomed to buying walmart bras (there's nothing wrong with walmart, or heck even target bras), I had never been in Victoria's secret for anything. My husband wanted to buy me a few items and so I got paired with a sales lady. I started with a slender gal, but they switched me to a lady that was bigger in size like me and I really appreciated it! I feel like unless you've been a certain size (big, medium, small, etc.) You cannot know how to help someone fit something correctly and comfortably. After having a size 00 lady help me pick a wedding dress at another store, I really admired that this store paired me this way. The bras I bought are definitely a great value. I will still buy my "cheap" bras, but I will...
