As a Starbucks fanatic, this is by far one of the best locations I have been to in Ohio. You have staff that are interested in their job and keep a smile on their face, providing the positive vibes that this Starbucks has. Most of the time the drinks are amazing, however, there will be times will your drink will be not customized the way you mobile ordered it or simply won't taste right. For example, one time I ordered a cold brew with 4 pumps toasted white mocha with vanilla cold foam and they didn't put the cold foam on it but still charged me a dollar! But is was no biggie since my drink was still delightful. The scenery and furniture of this place really sets its tone making it the perfect work space ---- besides when loud teenagers from school come in. But hey, we were all an obnoxious teenager at some point right? My favorite worker, I do not know her name, but she is an older woman with brown hair and a great personality. Read moreI do a Mobile order. My order isn’t hard. Usually it’s right on point. Today was the day that made me decide I’ll probably never go back. I stood there 10 minutes waiting for my order and then someone asked me my name. The had lost my order. I didn’t think anything of it because of how busy they were and I’m in the service industry so I try to be understanding. They make my order and make it wrong, I let the know and I watch the guy dump out half my drink and try to fix it. It’s still not right when he hands it back to me. I take it but come back because it was a mess (the cup) and in drinkable. I go back in and tell them exactly what I want. A cold foam cold brew, with Carmel, cream and Splenda. The write it down and re- make it. Still, the drink is wrong. Finally after about a half hour I say just forget it. The barista apologized and it wasn’t her fault, I understand. But at the same time, for 4.75 for a cup of coffee you should be making my order right...
Read moreThis is a Starbucks that upholds the company's attitude towards making sure customers leave happy. I have seen baristas remake drinks with a smile on their face, witness regular customers coming up to give staff they haven't seen in a while hugs, and know from experience that the staff will go out of their way to ensure that if anything goes wrong - a poorly made beverage, wrong food item, errors at the register, mobile app rewards not showing up - they will make sure that the customer is taken care of.
