The Customer Service Is Horrible Especially Coming From The Lady Manager( I Am Assuming) I Have Been Here A Few Times And I Can't Say The Experiences With Her Are Pleasant On Any Occasion Where She Has Been Present. I Was There To Purchase A Windshield Wiper And The Young Hispanic Guy Tells Me Where They Are Pointing Not Offering To Assist Me At All I Had To Ask Him To Come From Behind The Counter To Help Me. There Was Another Gentleman Waiting On A Customer (I Think He Was Also A Manager) I Asked Him When He Was Done With His Customer If He Could Put My Newly Purchased Windshield Wiper On For Me And He Said Yes...I Told Him Thank You And Waited Patiently Until He Was Finished. The Hispanic Who Originally Started Waiting On Me Told Me He Wouldn't Put The Wiper On That I Had Purchased And Immediately Turned To Assist Someone Else...He Was Completely USELESS!! The Lady Manager Appeared Asking How She Could Help Me Not Knowing The Other Gentleman (Manager) Was Already Willing To Assist With A Smile 😊 She Tells Me The Only Way They Can Put My Wiper On For Me Is If I Purchase Some Windshield Washer Fluid. First I Didn't Need Any And I Have Never Heard Of Anything This Insane To Begin With. I Asked Her If That Was The Hazel Crest Location Only Because I Had Purchased Wipers For My Husband's Truck A Month Ago In Markham And They Never Mentioned This! Everyone Shouldn't Be Put In Management Positions Especially If They're Only Concerned With Carrying A Title And Not The Work For The Position. That Lazy Hispanic Guy Should Find A New Job Also This Doesn't Seem To Be A Good...

Very disappointed I stopped by to buy a spark plug for my lawnmower I enter the building I notice they had lines on the floor to guide you to the cashier to maintain social distance as I made my way I had a customer behind me and one ahead of me the person ahead of me got their items and left I was next all of the sudden they called the guy behind me I notice he had a walking Cain so I though it was because of that they skip me he got his things and left naturally I should be next but then he calls another customer they was behind that other guy he the employee clearly look at me and still call the other customer I walk out walked literally next door to oreillys bought my spark plug in less than a minute what a shame auto zone not professional at all won’t be coming back...

I give one star because I came in looking for a light bulb for my back light and the guy who was at the register looked it up after attempting to flirt with me by correcting my choice of words. Than as the purchase was over he asked my name I didnt feel he needed my name so I said it isn't relevant and he than proceeded to say I was gone put your light bulb in but I'm not now since u can't tell me your name. I thought they was supposed to put it in if needed. But because I wouldn't give him my name with his awkward flirting he didnt want to put it in for me. It's one lady that works there that is always nice that's why I shop there because they had good customer service but after this situation today I will not be back. He was the young guy...
