The woman working there on the evening of July 11, 2019 was absolutely miserable and way beyond rude to me. Instead of just calmly explaining what she wanted from me, she rudely grabbed my fingers and accused me of going against what she wanted, pushing too hard on the glass, and just doing "whatever I wanted to do." I have had my fingerprints done many times now so and have never had an issue with any other company, so I clearly understand how it works.

I get that her job is probably boring and it can be frustrating when someone is not doing exactly what you would like, but there are better ways to address this other than humiliating them and making them feel like they were trying to get away with something (WHEN THEY WEREN'T) in front of a room full of other adults. Had she just said "Hey, please just let me move your fingers how I would like them" I would have totally understood that I was not doing things the way they needed to be done. Someone needs to go in and give these people some training on customer service. I just got off of a long day of working too, it isn't just you guys who have to deal with people all day long.

I highly recommend seeing if you can get your fingerprinting done by any other company OTHER THAN...

I just left this center today 9/23/2021, this woman who works here is so disrespectful. She asked me for my form and I replied that there was no form given to me for IMPACT PROVIDER fingerprinting. She dismissed me and asked me to go bring the form before she can attend to me, and this is even after I had waited for 35 minutes in the waiting room. I told her that my hubby was there on Monday (9/20/21) and he did not bring a form with him but she did his fingerprinting for him. The next thing I heard was her ignoring me and calling for next customer. In addition, on Monday, she couldn't print the receipt for my husband and I was to help him obtain this receipt today. Unbelievable that she still did not have ink in her printer and asked me to take a photo of the receipt with my phone, and was very rude instructing me on this. She said rudely - do you want to take a picture or not? This center technician (an elderly looking woman) takes advantage of people who are soft spoken, maybe if I had raised my voice, I would not have been taken advantage of the way she did. I will not recommend anyone to go here for...

I came here to get my finger prints done for my nursing license. Location was great and process was fast but, the lady behind the desk was extremely rude. I didn't catch her name she African American with blonde curly hair. As soon as I stepped up to the desk she had an attitude and then I turned around because I thought she was done with me and she goes "where you goin"? I said sorry I thought I was done. Then she says are you feeling OK? I said are you feeling OK? I have never been treated so disrespectfully. She needs a better attitude when customers are coming in. It wasn't just me anyone who walked in and she greeted, she was short and didn't not act like she wanted...
