Boost Mobile — Local services in Bremen Township

When I say Al hooked me up, he literally hooked me up! I left with a brand me IPHONE 15 and IPHONE 12.

I originally came into boost to pay my phone bill and paid my phone bill when Al says hey you’re eligible for an upgrade and I said cool. I got approved for the payments program i paid them 53 dollars for the first payment. Left with the news phones Update: this is a terrible store AL didn’t not explain the whole process of upgrading your phones. I just received a bill for $104.00 when I just paid a bill in the store. he just argued me up and down that it was “common sense” he is a money hungry person that don’t throughly explain anything. And he said “I don’t have to explain anything to you” smh prey on people he think he can get over on. He also added on extra add ons I didn’t agree on or anything. I’ll give this store and service 0. Oh then when i originally came in the store he was conversing with me telling me he Muslim and all this I was there for two hours and then had to come back the next day because one of the phones wasn’t working Now today I come in he talking about I have hundreds of customers I don’t remember you. And this literally just happened Wednesday...

This place is terrible. For starters they STEAL!!!! I purchased a phone and was switching over from Metro. They charged me $400 for a refurbished IPhone 11. When you switch Boost says (even in their window) that the phone is $50. Once I get my receipt it actually says the phone is $49.99 but the store owner Ibrahim the guy with the beard charged me $350 in Bill payment like I wouldn’t notice that was actually for the phone and then another $50 for the actual bill payment. Basically he gave me the switch over deal and kept $350 for his pocket off me alone. I have 3 other people I referred to this company and they all have $50/$100 more on their activation than they should disguised as a second bill pay that doesn’t show in our accounts. They are scam artist and need to be shut down immediately I’m never spending another dime with any Boost mobile because of these crooks.

Second the guy Andrew you see a lot in the reviews are creating these reviews himself before releasing the device to the customer. Very happy with this local shop and the associate named A.J.. I got a new phone from AJ on a holiday special sale of half off. AJs shop was the only one around that had one. He set me up and got me running very fast. I've been problem free for the last 4 months.

Fast forward to today. Boost is switching to their own towers which is making my service terrible. Calling the 800# was a waste of 30 minutes each of the 8 times I called along withfalse promises. After a month of garbage I went back to my local shop. AJ was there again and knew exactly what I was dealing with. He had me up a running in 20 minutes. Everything is running perfectly now.
