On 6/20/2020 I sent my son in to purchase a new phone for my Father for Fatherās Day. I was on the phone since I was making the purchase. We purchased the phone, case and wireless Bluetooth earbuds. No time during the transaction including the transferring of data were we offered insurance or advised that we only had 7days to add it. Because of the text my Father received informing on payment due with a $17 increase I believed it was for the cost of insurance. Today (11days later) when my father went to inquiry about his account we were advised that the new device was not covered and insurance could not be added. After a total of three visits to the store, multiple calls to corporate we were not assisted. Even though corporate acknowledged the Storeās training opportunity for failing to share the information and provide the option, there was nothing to be done.
