NEVER go to this Taco Bell. I just left after they refused to replace a combo meal (as a replacement for 3 combo meals they messed up last month.) The manager said there is a two week window, which they never mentioned when agreeing to replace one of the messed up meals. I was never told to bring a receipt, that they simply would write my name down in the office. In short, they refused to replace my order. The manager refused to give me his name and called me a liar and said I was trying to get free food. I told him I wasnt pulling out without his name... he said it was Jonathan, and the 3 employees behind him shook their heads no. These are the statements that were made to me: "You're lying." "If you aint got no bread to buy food, you need to dip out of here." "Im not telling you my name and you can't get me in trouble." "You need to scoot out of here." "You are messing up my wait times, so leave or I'll call the police." "Go scam somewhere else, Im not handing out free food." I will be calling corporate and will use every social media outlet to tell about this experience. I'm 51 years old, I have no reason to lie about a combo meal, and I will not be spoken to like that by anyone. I will use ALL the Crestwood pages to tell this story and I will be posting it on my condo association page, so it should get 300 views within the hour. I will NOT let this go. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DONT DO IT! (They also said if I had money to pull around and place an order to prove it. I told them their app didnt have any pick up times available for that location and showed them my phone. They said THEY DIDNT CARE.) There are plenty of Mexican food places in Crestwood where you can be treated like a...
Read moreDropping this to 3 stars. Every taco bell i've been to since they took the double decker off of the menu, can still make them, and never give you any grief.
THIS taco bell, has THE laziest employees. When ordering a double decker, I was told "We cant do that." In response, I asked for a hard taco, and a soft taco with only beans, nothing else... I'll make it in my car, MYSELF...
In the middle of asking for 2 tacos... I'm interrupted by ANOTHER person on the intercom, screaming at me, "WE CANT DO THAT!!"
God forbid you a) listen to your customer, b) take their order, especially when you say you wont do something, and we ask for two tacos instead (this is taco bell after all, right? You still serve tacos at Taco bell?)
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! The idea that you feel it's justified to be yelled at for ordering two tacos because YOU dont want to make them into ONE taco for me... and I AGREED TO DO IT MYSELF, is absolutely ridiculous.
You employees are lazy. Nothing more. You should quit your jobs so that other people can have the money they need to pay their bills. Clearly you feel above your level of work, despite your lack of a basic high school education justifying your only option of working in the fast food industry.
It's STILL a customer service job. ...
Read moreI come here all the time and the service is getting worse and worse every time I come here and I think it’s going to me me start avoiding this place. The Taco Bell in Palos Hills is SO MUCH better. They have never gotten my order wrong and usually have a happy tone in their voice unlike the workers I end up seeing here. I come here at all different times and that doesn’t affect my service. I don’t want to have to check my food before leaving the drive through. The last time I was here I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food. I like my tacos plain and they always end up putting on things I have asked to remove. Accidents happen but I don’t want trouble when I tell a worker that my order was wrong. I just want the food that I ordered. Like I said this has happened multiple times and I don’t know if I will continue coming to this location. I am at my wits end....
