I came into the Crestwood store to get a new phone and was told due to a glitch in the system on my account, a ticket needed to be submitted so it can get resolved. I was told this ticket may take a day or so and I would be given a call back. I never received a call so I followed up myself to get an update. I was then told the matter was resolved, but the transaction was again blocked due to an 2 cent unpaid balance on my phone..which is attributed to the "glitch" in the their system. I was told another ticket was submitted and I would receive a call providing an update on the progress or lack there of with this situation. Again, I didnt receive a call and I followed up by going into the store to get an update. I asked for the District Manager's info and was provided Barry's info. I sent Barry an email detailing my experience to see if he can help out a customer who is getting the short end of the stick due to the company's glitch but unfortunately I got no response, no update, no email reply, and once again...no call. I called two days after sending my email for an update and spoke with the store manager Maribel again, who told me the District Mgr (Barry) was made aware of my situation and she would call me before 7pm that same day. I never received a call that evening, I never received a call the following day after. I contacted the store today and asked to speak with Maribel. I was put on a brief hold when the assistant Mgr came back to the phone and told me " he couldn't find Maribel". I asked for the District Mgrs direct report and was put on a brief hold again, the assistant Mgr then tells me "I can't give you that". When I asked why, he replied "because I just cant". I've been treated like I've done something wrong when it's a glitch in their system and now the staff is lying about not being able to find the store Mgr and will not provide contact information to Upper Management at my request. Read moreI came into the establishment seeking assistance in regards to my home internet service. A young lady by the name of Andrea assisted me. She politely greeted me and proceeded to aide in my issue. I began to notice her frustrations as the store became busier being the fact it was T-Mobile Tuesdays. My issue with her was her body language and the fact she was stopping in the middle of assisting me to help other customers which led to me STILL having to call 611 . I was on the phone with 611 for over a hour for an issue that SHE was supposed to resolve . Had she not allowed her frustrations of the store becoming busy to aggravate her , my issue would and could have been resolved IN STORE. I shouldn't have had to do HALF of the work that I had to do getting home on the phone with 611. As I recalled , when I initially got my home internet service , the in store representative at that time did assist setting everything up with me . As well as helping me with any questions I needed answered at that time . Andrea's body language came off as impatient and annoyed . She appeared as if she was ready to be done servicing me. She kept tapping her fingers on the counter with a sense of annoyance , too. I just didn't appreciate having to still do someone else's job all because they feel pressured by customers coming in and having to wait. Stopping in the middle of servicing someone is quite in fact , rude. Handle one customer at a time to avoid reviews like such. She was not even talking to us I gave them a lot of business I have total 10 lines with t-mobile and they are not ready to help us. I was waiting here she was not agreeing with me for that I had to drive 35 min to get my old phone. She’s saying her self manager but she’s not. She’s not supposed to be here at this position. Staff is very nice helped me a lot before. But this time manager is being bogus to me. Even I was here again and she told her staff to take care of the other customer first who came after me.
