Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Bremen Township

Somebody better get Thalia out of metropc, everytime I go in or friends sge puts us on wait. Or screws my phone up. So it coz me another trip to get fixed what she has messed up. I have brought friends in to get phones an hooked up an we've had to wait not just a few minutes try an hour. There is a girl Jocelyn there who is great at fixing up Thalia mistakes. Now on I call before bothering coming in unless Jocelyn is working. That girl has corrected so many mistakes of Thalia did it is amazing. I an many other have had our phones locked by Thalia Ruiz that is against the law to lock a phone without not being told to do it to your phone. I an many others some are to scared to put it on reveiw, but if we don't then Thailia Ruiz will do what she wants. An those trips are uncalled for. I spoke with the owner an he said he will talk to her. Will tje talk didn't do any good coz she just did it to another friend of mine. We only stay or go where Joceyln at, that girl knows her metro pc. An I'm in Oak Forrest just to get Jocelyn to fix my phone problem that Thalia did. Either someone pay attention. An 2 customers just walked out an said how great Joceyln is. So someone needs to wake up. An start writing reviews an don't be scared. Joceyln is the girl to go to if you got a problem. This place is terrible. Do not go!!! I went there because they had a deal online that would have been a great deal for me. But when I got there, they pulled a bait n switch and put me on a plan that cost twice what I thought I was signing up for. When I called the next day to find out why I had received a text saying my bill was going to be over $100 a month, they told me it was because of the phones I chose to buy from them. By taking the phone deal I offered, I “volunteered” to get the more expensive plan. They claimed they explained this to me many times but the never did. I demanded a refund and threatened to sue and not only did they not care, but they charged me $136 for the refund. DO NOT GO THERE!!! They...

I called about 25 Metro stores today. I thought I wanted to buy this gimmicky TCL phone they were releasing. However, Daniel at the 13553 South Cicero location in Crestwood was the only employee that stood out to me as a true salesman, someone that would give you good service, explain what you're signing up for, technical questions, etc. And shout out to Miss Shy she knows her stuff too 😎

UPDATE: Excellent service so far... Clear calls, unbelievably fast 5G speeds. Google Fi was my previous carrier and even though supposedly it uses the same network as Metro/T-Mobile, call quality...
