"DO NOT SHOP HERE" they're customer service is extra friendly until something goes wrong with your bed. After a month of buying a bed from them the mattress started to sink in on one side, when I contacted the store about my warranty they sent a rep out who confirmed that the bed was indeed defected. After about a week with no response from the store I contacted Dave(The Owner) only to find out that he wouldn't exchange the bed do to issues he stated on the phone "After The Fact". Needless to say Dave pass the buck to the manufacturer stating they're the ones really in charge of the warranty(mind you this was not mention during purchase). The clown that runs this place is a joke. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful with no class. I asked him a simple question so that I could Google the reviews. I then asked him what was the brand name of the mattress. He seemed to have gotten very upset. So I told him to have a good day. He then went on to tell me to go and look for a cheap mattress that I could afford some place else. I initially didn't want to come to this place because of the reviews. Went into the store with something in mind for our second bedroom. We told the owner exactly what we were looking for and he showed us everything we would need to see for our needs. Ended up with a pretty nice set up delivered to our home and installed within a week. Prices were good and there is something for everyone here.

Over the years we have shopped at other mattress stores and this place was on par with them. If not a bit more calm and not as much sales pressure applied from the owner here.
