i just wanted to come on here and say i visit this shop weekly and have for somewhere around 4 or more years now and i have never went anywhere else since . this is the best most reputable smoke shop ive ever known ! not only is every product perfection , you also don’t have to deal with not knowing if the vape you purchase will taste burnt or die quickly like at other local shops , which is great for someone like me that uses disposable vapes weekly . while i definitely love the rewards system , the cleanliness , and the products / availability , what is best of all is how wonderful the entire staff is . they are all so incredibly friendly and helpful and very fast have become people i’d consider friends :) thank you next level ! you have a forever...

I started coming to Next Level right after I quit smoking cigarettes a year ago and it's the only smoke shop I go to now. Every employee I've interacted with has been super knowledgeable and helpful and Moe is just such a good human overall. He has a crazy attention to detail and he remembers everything. I listed off a few flavors of some vape I wanted to try and on my visit a few weeks later, he had them all in stock even though I'm positive I didn't see him write anything down. Oh my goodness I went to the smoke shop to get what I get lol and had the most amazing experience. The customer service was so nice. Moe helped me out gave me the best deals and pick some amazing things that I loved and I’m gonna continue to go to him he pick some stuff because what I want it was not in stock, but he found a substitute that was actually better and became my new favorite jam lol will be back again again and again and again...
