I came across the salon a few weeks after it opened and wanted to love it. It’s a gorgeous salon and great location for me. After my first experience I knew i needed to call for an appointment. No big deal, but after about 5 visits of calling and making an appointment to this last visit of having to wait and be worked on in “steps” by different people, a fill and no chip pedicure took almost 4 hours. The gel and no chip polish was applied while sitting in the pedicure chair and was so rushed that there were bubbles on multiple nails. It’s been a week and 8 of the 10 nails have popped up and have polish coming off. After this visit and leaving unhappy after spending over $100, I called today to ask if I can come in to get them fixed and was asked to come tomorrow because there are appointments all evening. I mentioned that i was there with an appointment last Saturday and when i said i couldn’t wait until tomorrow, because i have work and then don’t have child care in the evening it was offered to come in after the appointments were done…. I just feel like i would be rushed through again… like i said i really tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt. Vivian, the owner, is amazing!!! The salon is beautifully designed, offering a calm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel relaxed. The nail tech took the time to listen to my preferences and made thoughtful suggestions, ensuring I was comfortable with every step of the process. There are a ton of colors to choose from.

The manicure was flawless – my nails have never looked so neat and polished! My nails are perfect. My pedicure experience was equally as relaxing and rejuvenating. The foot massage, detox, and parafin wax were great. My feet felt pampered and soft after she completed the treatment.

What truly stands out about Vivian, though, is her genuine warmth and professionalism. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also kind and personable, making the entire experience feel special. It’s clear that she cares deeply about her craft and her clients.

I too was looking for a new place to try out in the area and decided to try Vivid Nails today for the first time and I was blown away from the moment I called to the time I left!! I called in on a Saturday just before noon and was able to get an appointment the same day in less than half an hour! The lady on the other end of the phone was friendly and accommodating. Once I showed up I was met with the same friendliness and warmth by all of the employees. Within five minutes I was in the chair and ready to go for my pedicure. I tell you this gentleman gave the most thorough, detailed and relaxing pedicure of my life! He almost had me sleeping in the chair and massaged my legs for what felt like forever. The prices are also very good and comparable to other salons in the area, however other places would not have provided such attention and detail along with making you feel welcome every step of the way!
