Classy Flowers — Local services in Bremen Township

This is a story that needs to be shared! My dear friend lost her dad and I was given the number to Classy Flowers. Dennis, the husband of JoAnn, answered the phone and told me his wife would take care of me. I immediately knew I had contacted the right place. The friendliness and capability in both of their voices told me I called the very best florist.

I then told JoAnn that I wanted something different to send to the funeral home instead of a typical standing arrangement. I mentioned that my friend’s dad was known as “Mr. Fix It", and wondered what she would suggest. What happened next can only be described as a mission to make me happy by providing something I would love to send. She talked about adding a tool box with small tools to an arrangement. Then she also suggesting attaching a "Mr. Fix It “ card to the tool box! She assured me she would take care of everything and I would be very pleased. I knew she would deliver.

The next morning at the funeral, the family greeted me, and the first thing they said was the arrangement JoAnn created was extraordinary and touching beyond words. It perfectly captured how they felt about their dad and grandpa. The next person I spoke to at the service asked if I was the one who sent the incredible “Mr. Fix It" piece from our group of friends. Apparently, the evening before at the visitation, the arrangement was the talk of the evening as people admired the many beautiful flowers sent to the funeral home. Not only was our piece unique, but also had the most stunning fresh flowers and extra touch of the sign, which JoAnn promised to include.

This family now has a precious keepsake of their loved one. I will forever remember the compassion, skills and kindness of strangers who came up with a gift for a family I adore. The owners, Dennis and Joanne, are a great team. They are experienced designers, very understanding, and extremely accommodating. The special gold details that were added to the orchid corsage and boutonniere for our 50th Anniversary were absolutely stunning (our photos are gorgeous) and the guests were so thrilled to take the exquisite white and gold table centerpieces home with them after the celebration. Several contacted us a week later and said the white roses and hydrangeas in their arrangements still looked magnificent. Dennis and Joanne's customer service, attention to detail, respectable pricing, and set up at Silver Lake was very impressive. This is now our florist for all special occasions.
