I reached out and connected with Sam at Fingers Duke just over a month ago to have T-shirts and hoodies made for my work association. We had existing artwork, but it wasn't really usable for being able to print onto clothing. Sam was able to take our substandard art and clean it up (and convert to the right format) to help us make a great product for our group.

The process to receive a quote was very smooth and straightforward (much better than other competitors in the area), and Sam was able to offer me various price points and styles for the different products we were requesting. Once we had a finalized quote, it was a very quick turnaround to get approved artwork and begin production.

I want to draw special attention to the customer service. My group found Fingers Duke because we wanted to move on a different direction from our previous supplier. I (and some other members of our group) were a little hesitant because we have been burned before, but Sam was extremely knowledgeable and communicative, which helped put my mind at ease. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls (even when I myself may have been a little tiresome).

My family and I were planning a trip to Disneyland and wanted to make matching shirts with a custom design by the amazing Jeffrey Veregge. He made an amazing design and recommended Fingers Duke for the printing. We needed lots of shirts for men, women and children, plus some of us wanted cotton while others wanted quick dry. Sam (at Fingers Duke) walked us through the process of picking our different shirts, cuts (I didn't know the difference between a cowl neck, v-neck or crew neck) and materials. After several folks recommended Fingers Duke for our new bar's merchandise, I sent an email and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly Derek responded! Every interaction I had with the staff there was phenomenal!
