Terrible, terrible, terrible... Had to speak to the manager and when I called in the first young lady hung up on me and when I called back to speak to a manager she was no help either. Only made excuses for their super slow service. Ordered my food at 6:07 through Doordash and order was confirmed by Horse and Cow at 6:07. Finally called at 7:10 to see why the driver was still waiting, and was told cause they are too busy! Then hung up. When I called back the managers Amanda seemed bothered by my concern and basically offers NO explanation except they can’t handle a crowd or manage orders. The food is not worth the rude and disrespectful service trust me. Over priced frozen food. Amanda actually told me to call DoorDash and complain and maybe they would discount my order for their short comings. All I can say is WOW! I will make it my mission to re write this review every week until someone from reaches out to me to make this right. Stay away from this rude poorly mis managed establishment....

Good food. But HORRIBLE service. Workers won’t wear masks.

They wouldn’t serve me at the bar because I had a vertical license, even though I’m over 22 years old. And my license even had a military address on it. (I’m a veteran and no longer have 2nd ID) My father was even there to vouch for me.

That same lady wouldn’t give my dad a beer at the bar if he was going to go back to the restarauant area (because it would confuse the other waiter, yet there was hardly anyone there). That waiter also just has no concept of common courtesy. We told him we want to wait a few more minutes for food and he just turns around and walks away not saying anything.

All that other stuff wouldn’t be so bad but the cherry on top is that none of the workers are wearing masks. So they will enforce not serving a veteran a drink because his license is vertical “because it’s company policy”, yet walk around freely without a mask even though it’s WA Kitsap County Law?...

We were severely disappointed coming here tonight. It was 10:30pm and there was no one in the dining area when we arrived and when we ordered the meat pizza, we were told it would take 35-45 minutes and the server let us know she was off in 30 minutes (essentially letting us know we were inconveniencing her). All in all, the service was the worst I've experienced in a long time. The pizza was not even good; certainly not worth the wait. Then we waited and waited and waited for the check. The young men who came in large groups didn't seem to have any trouble getting quick service, though we had to ask loudly for our check, since our server never stopped at our table again, once she dropped off the lackluster pizza. I'm usually very patient and generous in a restaurant/bar that gets busy because I've been a server myself, but this was unacceptable. Some people were completely ignored and never even got menus. I won't be coming back...

Late nite Naval military themed restaurant/bar in downtown Bremerton with a lot of Naval memorabilia that is home also to an interesting bartender. First time visiting it was packed but people were leaving so we sat down on the table that the people had just left and the bartender Kat (who i was warned about) yelled at us saying itll be a while before i clean your table and get you service. Didnt faze us since we went barhopping and most places dont serve food😄 So we yelled back no problem and waited. Wasnt in a rush. She came back eventually, cleaned up the table and took our drink and food order. The food considering its Bremerton isnt bad, their steak, burgers, and fish n chips are good for their price. They look short staffed with one waitress in the front and the bartender in the backside. Went here about 4 times since its slim pickings late nite out heređŸ˜„ Seen a bunch of reviews bashing Kat but thats how she operates....so be forwarned😄

Legendary submarine bar and grill. One of two (the other is in Guam). The food is nothing special (just like underway), but the atmosphere is like walking through submarine history. The clientele has many sub vetrans, and many boats have events here, so if you're interested in submarine culture... this might be the best place to go in the entire continental US! The menu references submarine slang and (while nothing to write home about) is pretty good. The staff is above and beyond awesome even when they are busy with customers. The bar is great and they rotate beers out of 32 taps. Their signature beverage is "Nuke Waste" which is a delicious mixture of vodka and juice, but it's neon green high in alcohol content and is a reference to a smart sailor who failed out of Navy Nuke school and had a great life not knowing how close to doom they were. If you like navy history and culture it's a must see!

Went here on a Monday. Not busy. Service was excellent. Please check menu as online menu is wrong. I wanted the French dip but they no longer carry it. Waitress suggested steak sandwich with au jus. Had with cheddar not swiss and no mayo but au jus. It came with grilled mushrooms and onions. I substituted onion rings for fries. Bun was slightly toasted. Steak was actual cut up steak medium rare. Large chunks. Sandwich was fantastic. And rings were crispy and delicious. Hubby had calzone. No riccata cheese so weird for me. Garlic Parmesan sauce was not heated. He had veggies but I don't like green peppers but he loved it. Good size and baked perfectly. They offered 15% off $50 or more if you pay cash so we got a brownie and ice cream dessert for like $2 more. Very good deal. We took it home. But tried brownie. It was warm and delicious. Highly recommend
