Fantastic high class quality furniture. Wish I would have listened to other reviews and not expected high class service to match. Truly disappointed in the customer service provided by Angie and the lack of care or effort that was made when it came to our purchase. Our product looks fantastic and the packing was great, but could not have felt more like we were unworthy of someone's time. We came in on a Sunday to purchase two nightstands we had seen online. We decided to place the order while in store for in person pick up as it was just two nightstands and Angie was very helpful while in the store. Discussed in front of Angie picking them after work during the week or on Sunday in the future as that is when we are often in the area. Angie did not note any issues about our plan for pick up and said it was smart to save on shipping. We were able to place our order and everything seem fine when we left the store even though there was a hiccup with payment at the register. After a week of not seeing an invoice via email I called for an update and found they did not correctly write down our email address or phone number. With that corrected Angie provided an updated timeline and it was several weeks out and we were fine with that. After that timeline passed and we had not received an update we followed up again via text and were told that our item would be in on Thursday. On Friday at 10:30am Angie sent a message that said we must come pick up our item before 5pm and that we could not pick up our items on the weekend. Confused we asked why as we both work until 5pm and that was not what we had discussed previously. When we did not receive a response via message we called the store. While on the phone Angie said she only worked until 5pm and that's why we needed to pick up the items at that time and that we would need to 'figure it out' as to when we could pick up the furniture. One of her coworkers overheard the phone conversation and thankfully offered to assist and she begrudgingly agreed to allow us to pick up the furniture while she was not there on Sunday. Sunday pick up was extremely smooth and we hard no issues loading the items ourselves and the team member that helped us was very helpful and considerate. Photo attached of text message...

We were first convinced by our salesperson Jeremy that the bad reviews about Arhaus online were unfounded and that he would make sure that we were more than satisfied customers. Due to this we decided to buy quite a few pieces from Arhaus to furnish our new home. Initially all was well. Jeremy visited our home to help suggest pieces to buy and then we went into the store and ordered a variety of pieces for our living room and dining room areas (hoping to expand later to other rooms). Although delivery on our couch and arm chair took longer than we were told we were ok with almost all of the pieces. Except...we ordered a gorgeous dining room table, bench, and four soft dining chairs. The first two deliveries sent a table that for some reason did not match at all (in color) with the corresponding bench (no indication initially that this could be the case in the store). The following two deliveries sent deformed or broken tables. Now we are currently waiting for a call back from Arhaus, who have stopped corresponding with us, and are stuck with a dining room table that rocks (although delivery guys made great pains to note the issues and deformities with the table once they set it up to Arhaus). We wish we had purchased our dining and living furniture elsewhere and if this is how customer service is at Arhaus in terms of fixing issues with ordering or products I also wish we had not paid extra for the product insurance/guarantees. We ordered our furniture in early August and it is now December. Hopefully they will resolve our issue soon, with a table that does not rock (we are over the vast color difference at this point)! On February 18, 2021 I ordered a beautiful lighting fixture for my newly-remodeled kitchen. I was assured it would arrive at my home in 6 weeks. After 12 weeks, it never arrived and no communication. Although I check on the order, I was told it was on its way.
Later, I stopped by the STL store to ask where the order might be. Without even looking up my order, the attendant simply waved me off stating, "everything is backed up due to COVIF."
3 months after I ordered the fixture, I called Arhaus Corporate Customer Service, again, to ask why I had heard nothing about the order. The customer service representative looked up my order number and then told me that the had always had the item in stock, they had simply "overlooked my order." I was taken aback, to say the least. After speaking with Arhaus Management, the customer service representative told me he was authorized to give me 10% off for my inconvenience.
NO ONE had bothered to check my invoice in 3 months, or to ask why there was still an open invoice? And, for my inconvenience, they offered me 10%? This was my first experience with Arhaus, and my last, and I will share this experience with everyone I know.
I will never, ever work with this company again. My organization would be out of business if I treated my clientele with such a careless attitude...
