What can I say? DXL has been my go to for years now. The Brentwood location has a great variety of clothing to choose from. I really like the Vineyard Vines collection! That’s not why I’m giving 5 stars. The staff and customer service has always been friendly, helpful, and sometimes entertaining. There’s never been an issue I couldn’t get help with. From lost receipts, to recommendations on a tailored suit, to what’s on sale, to having an order shipped to the store Shannon (store manager) has always taken care of me with no fuss. I feel like the crew here actually enjoys being at work, at least when I’m there they do.🤷🏾‍♂️ To the store manager Shannon and staff thank you all for always making me feel like a valued...

SOS... Simply Outstanding Service!!! Today was my first visit to DXL. I am having a dinner function in CA next week and needed a newer sport coat. When I walked in the door, I was great immediately. The incredibly nice sales woman asked my name and took my size and pointed me in the right direction. She stopped by a few times to see how I was doing. It was clear pretty quicllkly that she would not have to sell me a sport coat, the selection and price did it all for me. She offered her opinion and shown me some of the colors in the coats and also reminded me of what the weather in CA will be this time of year. I will be a frequent shopper because of today's experience. The cost fits great, looks great and was...

I shop here a lot...I have bought suits..casual clothes...pretty much everything...I always have a great experience.. on my last trip something was off...the store was empty...at least two people working...I received no help...I had to stretch to reach shirts that were way to high for a customer to be pulling down...I let myself into the dressing rooms...took my purchases to the counter...and waited...the employee at the counter stood with their back to me for several minutes until the second employee finally took pity on me. My transaction was quick and I was out the door 150 dollars lighter without so much as a " thanks for coming". This is not my usual experience. for what this store costs ..I...
