I'd give zero stars if possible. I received a necklace as a gift from there. The protection plan was purchased. When I went to use the protection plan, they didn't have the item in stock. They offered another chain. I decided it was okay because my protection plan was running out. They made me pay the 30 dollar difference. The protection plan is a joke. Should I go after my ex for the money I had to spend on something he had already bought protection on. No! I was also told they price matched but she misspoke after I wouldn't purchase another protection plan. Don't recommend...

We first stopped by and Ms brooks was helping us out. She showed me some earrings and matched the one we had on my daughter left ear. We came back around esme was wanting to get it done. My 7 year old daughter and I had a wonderful experience! Ginger and Brooks pierced her ears. They were patient and made us both feel very comfortable. Brooks redid the marker dot on one of the ears without hesitation. The process was sanitary with them wearing gloves and cleaning the earlobes.
