The new owner is horribly rude this is the second time I came here. I let it go the first time. Both times I needed print services. The 1st time I think it was his daughter she was very nice but he was very nasty. He was snatching the papers from her and ,acting as if he had no patience For me to write down a number that I needed the paper to be sent to. Your there all day. What is your problem. What's the rush. Today, I needed a paper to be scanned and I let him know that it needs to be front and back. I can have the paper altered. He was so nasty with no patience as I was trying to explain to him. He snatched the paper out of my hand. I said give me a second so I couldn't explain it to you so he slaps the paper down and walks off. He is very nasty rude and has a bad attitude. That was the 2nd time and I will never come there again. I don't know what happened to the previous owners or the people that were there but they were wonderful and a pleasure to deal with this new guy is. Absolutely no help. Went to simply make copies of some forms off the internet and was told they wouldn't allow it because of Covid. Understandable, I then suggested I bring in my laptop and connect it to the printer, in which the employee says she can't because the printer isn't wifi. I told her all we would need to do is connect the printer with the same wire she already has connected to the computer they have there. She insisted she couldn't help me, even after telling her I have knowledge on how to do so and will instruct her what to do to avoid me touching anything, also said I was willing to pay what ever it is they would ask for the service. Still insisted she couldn't do so, I asked if there is anyone I can speak to, and of course I get told he's gone until middle of January and she's the only one to assist. If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend was charged and if she did not look at the price he charged her for she would have been scammed 80+ dollars. The man tried to argue a price but all of his items had the same price ticketed on them. Then he proceeded to blame his workers for marking the prices wrong which is not the customers fault. He refused to charge the actual price. On the receipt he marked both items bought 20% more than the actual item. Very dishonest.
