At first this center was amazing, as they got me in for a consult appointment within 48 hours, at which time I paid for everything in full (almost $4200) and scheduled my initial appointment within 3 weeks. My initial appointment went well, except for the fact that they did not have a calendar setup for June 2018, which would be my next appointment. I was told by front desk staff and management that I would be called in advance once the schedule was created. I never received a call and at the end of May I contacted the office despite being told I would receive a call only to hear, "sorry we cannot fit you in call back next week, we book appointment three months in advance." The next available appointment was not until 3 weeks after my due date. The staff proceeded to give me an attitude out of frustration. No manager ever came to the phone to assist me. After complaining a little more and threatening to leave the office, they were only able to squeeze me in on a date an time that really isn't convenient as I am an Attorney with a very busy schedule. I would not recommend this branch/center to anyone. Although, the doctors are knowledgable you are only with them for five minutes and the whole appointment is with a dental assistant. Throughout the whole journey, the staff within CTBraces were tremendously helpful and caring; not only did they walk you through the process, they also allowed you to come in at any time whenever you're feeling discomfort. I believe that comfortability is one of their most important goals for their patients. Whether if its wires poking at your cheeks, or a broken bracket, they will fix your situation at any given time, just give them a call!

The team is amazing, so much character to every single one of them. There was never an appointment where the staff doesn't want to have a little conversation with you, and it's great. The small talks makes you feel less stressed about the whole thing and honestly, feels like another home couple minutes away from your home lol.

All in all, I highly recommend this place for you, the price is right, and the staff is 10/10. You'll definitely make some new connections at the place! On a personal note, the feeling when you can finally take off the braces and feel your teeth again is immaculate, one of the weirdest and most satisfying feeling you'll ever get after 2-3 years of enduring train tracks on your teeth, but don't let train tracks ruin your thoughts on braces, my smile is amazing now because...

My CTBrace experience was really efficient and nice. Being that I've been a patient for quite some time now, I came from the old main street location to now experiencing this beautifully done office where now none of the patients have to wait in a small crowded waiting room; which is awesome and the flow of people is much more smooth. The ambience of the office is very inviting and comfortable/ welcoming. I couldn't help but to keep looking at all of the different components that make this new location great are as follows: the kids corner, the bare tree decals that match the curtains, the cool color combinations that mesh well together and in the center of the office there is a room that the outer walls are formed of small, uneven, textured bricks in the color of pale yellow; which is a nice touch that made me feel like I was out in the woods looking at a house. Sorry, lol I am very observant and this is just the artist coming out of me. Definitely, recommend this location to anyone and everyone is very helpful and pleasant.
