I purchased my second iPhone from this store. First experience was a pleasant one and I did left them a positive feedback. The second time was a different story. The phone was showing a message that stated : “ no genuine screen installed “ and the screen was flickering. I took the phone to Apple Store and the technician told me that the phone was not covered by the warranty that was still left on it because it was tempered with!!! He even stated that this is not an iPhone anymore because of the aftermarket screen was installed. I went to the Cellfix store with the phone to have it replaced, I did paid top money for it because it was still covered by Apple warranty. The seller refused to replace it and acted like I was bothering him!!! I didn’t have any more luck with the other person in charge… I ended up having a phone that has a continuous alarm and a flickering screen. I will never use this store and I will not recommend it. I don’t often write reviews, but Cellfix is definitely a 5 star business. I have dealt with them twice. I bought a used iPhone for my uncle, who is brutal with phones. I spoke with John and he gave me a great price, threw in a case and my uncle has had it for 7 months with no issues.
