Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Bridgeport

I don't know about you but I love Victoria Secret! It is one of those stores you can go into feeling not so good about yourself .... you make a few purchases.... it makes you feel like a million bucks! On the day that I was there they're having their annual sale and I had found a different style of bra that was half Price so I got three perfect coverage bras that day and several pairs of underwear. Normally I would purchase 3 bras with my total being $150 plus tax. That day I got 3 bras and a couple dozen underwear for that price. I was ecstatic. The angel sales people there were awesome they were super helpful in helping me to choose what kind of bra that I needed. If somebody came out of the dressing room saying they didn't like certain type of bra they would talk on their intercom system on their headsets to tell an associate what I didn't like what I needed so that salesperson would come out of nowhere with whatever it was I needed. The checkout person wasn't super friendly but it was a really busy day when I was there also so that could have Been a stressor on cashiers attitude. One of the dressing rooms that I was in I was in a little bit of disrepair which is unusual for Victoria's Secret . I am looking forward to the next Victoria Secret sale! Love you Victoria Secret ❤️. Suffice to say it’s obvious I’m not the target demographic for this store, but my little sister loves it, so I go in often for gifts. Previously, I was always treated well and employees were helpful...but over the last year, every time I have gone in, the employees on the PINK side of the store were so rude. I couldn’t get anyone to help me despite the store being totally empty, when I did ask for help, the attitude was beyond bad. I’ve stopped shopping at the store and now go online, and I’m not the only one. The last time I went in, I watched an employee (who was the same body type as me and squeezed into PINK merch) size me up and literally scoff as she turned and walked away without asking if I needed anything. The ladies on the actual VS side of the store are still as nice as always, but most of the gals on the PINK side really need a crash...

Giving 5 stars because of the ladies who work there, who spent along time helping a friend of mine who has always had trouble finding the correct bra for her form, 3 different ladies were always there helping us both , few days later we were back for a return on a online order and 2 of those same ladies were on top of things not just helping us everyone who walked in the door. But I can't deny that the quality of VS and Pink is going down yet prices rise, I've always believed you get what you paid for id rather pay 40.+ for a bra but Victoria secrets quality lasted 5 times longer than any other brand.
