Showtime Music — Local services in Bridgeport

Ordered a Tony Iommi limited edition by Epiphone. It was supposed to be used, but I couldn't find a mark on it! Plays and sounds amazing! These guys are all about customer service. They put new strings on it and checked the setup. Then because the certificate of authenticity had been lost they threw in a beautiful case! When I opened the box it was well packed, lots of bubble wrap. Then when I opened the case there was a new set of strings in there as well! It was advertised as coming with a new cord which they forgot to pack. Much to my suprise they sent it out separately, and when I opened that box they had also included a couple 6" patch cords, some strap locks and a dozen picks! Unbelievable! Will do all my business with them from now on and recommend all my friends to do the same! Thanks Showtime music, it sounds...

As a family member of an employee at Showtime music I have visited and enjoyed this store for many many years. Also, the guitar teachers are wonderful people , David, Brandon, and Wes. Couldn't ask for a better staff. All the managers are completely professional and if you want high quality products this is the place to go. Been in business for many years and I can definitely see why. This is a business I will continue to buy from for years to come. I had an exceptional experience as a first time buyer at this store. I purchased an Epiphone J200 EC Studio VS. There was a discrepancy that I identified after the fact. I immediately contacted customer service (it was after hours over a weekend), but they promptly got back to me. The discrepancy was resolved with a very high level of professional courtesy.
