Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bridgeton

I decided to get a milkshake so I got in the drive-thru and waited until it was my turn at the speaker box. There were 3 cars between the speaker and the window. I was asked to hold, twice. By the time I was able to place my order there was only the car infront of their window left. I ordered a milkshake and their bagel bites. When I left the speaker box, there was no car at the window. I arrived at the window and received the bites and had to wait a couple of minutes on the shake.

The bites were cold on the inside and mostly hot on the outside. I wished it was warm all the way through. The real shame was the shake. By the time I had tasted it, I was already a few minutes away otherwise I would have demanded they remake it. There was way too much milk. Store bought chocolate milk is sweeter than what they gave me. Maybe thicker too.

The final blow was that I wanted to fill out the survey about my experience but a wide verticls strip of the receipt didn't print right through part of the code. ...

I love BR but will never go to this location again....I pull up to order numerous times and they are out of ice cream flavors that I'm ordering. Yesterday, I ordered the 3 creature creations and was told that they didn't have them anymore, but they changed to 3 new ones. I then ordered the 3 new ones and was told that they didn't have those either. Then I was told that they would go and check to see if they had the first ones in the back, which they did. Then I ordered one with strawberry ice cream and I was told that they needed to go and see if they had strawberry ice cream. Smh....it was just horrible. I don't ever have these experiences when I go to Florissant or Ladue. I will not be back. They need to get rid of the staff who was there yesterday...

The staff were ride and had an attitude. The inside was closed at 9:11 pm on Saturday when the sign says they close at 10:30pm. When i asked the fork got an attitude telling me they close the inside at 8:30 pm because they had a Robert 2 weeks ago and for the safety of their employs they close early. When i said they should pout a sign up i was told she didn't know they needed to pour a sign up. I told her it would be nice to let your customers know since the dirt is locked and you won't answer the door to tell anyone you just hide. This is my second time going to this location and both times the staff has been rude and the service horrible for the priceyou pay. I think they should fire the staff and hire some...
