Did a phone in order to pick up curbside at this location. Arrived at the time the app indicated for pick up. Once there gave notification of what spot I was in for curbside pick up. No one arrived for 15 or more minutes and I gave another notification to staff, at which time still no one arrived. I notice the car in the spot next to me had gotten out of their car and went inside due to waiting so long. More time pass and a empliyee came out and asked if I was waiting fir curbside. Yes I stated and she went back inside and brought the order out. Her demeanor and attitude was not cortical and that of someone who was very excited about her job. Once I arrived home and being exhausted and ready to eat I took the salad out that I had ordered and the salad was like no other salad I have ever received from Panera’s and I have been a customer of Panera’s for many years. The salad had nothing but lettuce a couple of croutons and a couple pieces of chicken. It look like someone had made the salad out of annoyance and after taking a bite I had to disperse it . Never in my life had anything so disgusting. I am a military veteran and I have ate things that weren’t tasteful but this salad was awful. I ordered some soup as well but I am afraid to eat that as well so I am going to just dispense if it so that I want get any sicker to the stomach. I stop going to Panera a few years back , I was a regualar customer had been going for almost 12 years and then the service change the professionalism change and therefore I changed, I stop going! Read moreThe new sandwich called the caprice chicken melt $13.99 looks amazing on the menu. We ordered the caprice chicken melt and the broccoli cheddar soup. We waited 25 minutes in the drive-through with three cars ahead of us. They apologized for a long wait. Got home began to eat and seen there was zero chicken on the sandwich. Took the sandwich back, it had only two bites out of it, I asked the cashier for a refund, I had my receipt and the wrapped sandwich, she needed to get the manager, she came back and said the manager told me to tell you that we do not do refunds but he will remake the sandwich, I said I really would rather just get a refund instead and she left again to go talk to the manager, Howard the team manager returned looked at the receipt and mumbled something to me. I told him that i could not hear him. He repeated, he was asking “how did you pay” as he’s looking at my receipt, I said debit card he mumbled again and I had to ask him what he was saying again he was asking me to insert my card. I got my card and Howard processed the refund and without any further words I walked away feeling like Howard was either totally burned out with his job at Panera or he was purposely trying to lose business for this location.

Despite my feelings towards this location, I stopped back in today and just want to mention Kathi, I watched her answer multiple customers questions where's the trash, where the lids, so on and so forth. She answered each customer with a smile and kind response. I told her attitude was refreshing after so many visits that ended by having to hear the loud manager woman screaming at her employees. So unpleasant. Anyways kudos to Kathi for her great attitude. If no one else tells her GREAT JOB!!
I've always enjoyed Bread Co as a whole, but I see a couple things that aren't as great as they use to be.
Portions, I understand cost have gone up all around, but does that mean your quality should go down or portion sizes though I'm paying the same or higher price? Here lately my bread bowls haven't even been half full, you no longer melt cheese or put croutons in the soup just toss some cold cheese in it...NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE.
