I can not tell you how impressed I am with Macy's and especially the Bridgewater store #81. I was in search of a dress for my son's wedding in October in Mexico, saw one online but not available in my size. I called the Macy's closest to me which is in SC, an hours travel, and they located the dress at the Bridgewater store #81. So Kudos to the Macy's at the Haywood Mall in Greenville, South Carolina for helping to locate the dress. I called the Bridgewater store #81 and was assisted by sales associate, Sylvia Chavez who not only searched for the dress but put it on hold for me. Because my account was new I did not have all my account information for her. I had only opened my Macy's card the Saturday prior and had a temporary number. She held the dress and promised to call me back a couple days later when I would have the necessary information. She did just as she promised. Then stylist Debra Candido helped prepare it to be shipped to me. I am over the moon excited to get this dress. It is exactly the look and color I was hoping to find for my son's wedding. I can tell you that Macy's will be my first go to for all future online and in-person fashion needs. I bought a polo Ralph Lauren from another Macy store L size without trying it at a price $148 and when discovered that it’s big I went to the same store to change the size but unfortunately I didn’t found it so I had to go to this store and I bring a same one with the same design but it’s cotton material while mine was cashmere which is much expensive, I met with a customer service who was unfortunately the woman department manager his name is John who was really very aggressive, not supportive and not professional at all .
He refuted to change it as he mentioned that there is a discount that applied on mine recently and not applied on the other one!!!! I told him it’s same brand and same design but he was rudly insisting and he said bring another one same material and this will be ok for me.
I went downstairs back and brought the same material but he refused back that this one price is also much higher price now .
He insisted that I have to pay an extra $59 if I need to change the size and I had to pay him to cut such a silly long story short as he wasted my time for nothing!!
