My fiance and I purchased a bath bomb from here and while the customer service was great, I unfortunately had a horrible reaction to the product. The reaction was adverse, painful, and borderline unbearable. I had to treat it myself. As of this week, I'm finally starting to feel better. My reaction lasted for nine to ten days.
I wouldn't go back here, unfortunately, and I hate to say that because the saleswomen were lovely. But as it stands, I'd caution against using some of their products. I have very sensitive skin and I purchased a bomb, naively thinking I wouldn't suffer from it.
Going forward, this company should slap readable and comprehensible warning labels on all of their products. Additionally, they should train their staff on how to properly educate potential consumers about what's in their products. Be transparent.

There was no other customer in the store and just one sales rep. She picked up the container I wanted and went straight to billing without asking if I wanted anything else. I was surprised as that was not my usual experience at other locations. I told her I wanted to look at few other things and she didn’t say anything or move from counter. I started looking around and signaled her to come over, then asked her recommendations for a good bath bomb. Without asking what my needs are, she half heartedly showed me a couple and I ended up buying something, but in my heart I hoped the purchase was a more informed decision. After all this so so experience I went home to find out she had MESSED up my face scrub too, she picked non self preserving one. I know I can return it and all. I recently picked up a bubble bar from Lush at the Bridgewater Mall, and I have to say—I’m thoroughly impressed! The staff mentioned it would create bubbles, and wow, did it deliver.
I wasn’t expecting such a rich, foamy bath experience from such a small product, but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. What really surprised me was how little I had to use to create a luxurious amount of bubbles. I also turned on my bath spa jets, which took the bubble effect to the next level. It felt like a mini spa day right in my own tub! I can easily see this lasting for several baths, making it well worth the price.
A fun little bonus: there's a hole in the middle of the bubble bar, and if you blow through it, it actually creates bubbles in the air too! A playful touch that brought out my inner child.
