Subway — Restaurant in Bridgman

Horrible experience! First of all, why is it acceptable to not contain long hair?? Why are beards allowed to not have proper covering? You are making food for people to eat! When you are out of product, disable the option for that product on the app! I ordered online, my ordered was to be ready at 630. I arrived on time. My ordered was not even started yet. Kid tells me they are out of meatballs. Why is it available to order if your out?? He offers me the choice of a different sandwich, or refund. I asked for turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. The kid pulls out white bread. I questioned him. He said it was Italian. I said, oh, you must be out of the cheese for the top. He looked me dead in the eye and said, We are out of Italian bread. Then why did you tell me it was the bread I ordered?? Come on now. Finally my sandwiches are done. The bearded boy starts bagging my cookies. I ordered 2 chocolate chip and 2 oatmeal raisins. Imagine how angry I am to hear that there is only 1 chocolate chip cookie left. So again, I'm asked to choose a substitute. Not making the mistake of coming to this...

Staff is dynamite all the time.. the lady was working lunch rush by herself and handing business. I made sure to tip her well..... The building is not so great can't you replace the GREASY DUSTY OLD vent that's above the bread Oven.. my guess is it used to be a gas unit then they switched to electric. And just left the old vent hanging out of the ceiling tile ewwwwwww how hard is it to replace the ceiling tile and abandon the vent above the ceiling line.... Also the bathroom is sooooo gross 🤮 it smells like sewer gas BAD I assume it's a problem with the plumbing.. ok??? Fix that stuff man........ Building owner business owner who's to blame??? You both ARE.... OR HOW ABOUT THE PIECE of paneling and trim missing from the knee wall where you start your order . There's SHARP finish NAILS hanging out. Soo don't let your children touch anything.... As I said the staff is always great the food too... The building has a lot left to be...

Could not be more disappointed in this location. I ordered steak and cheese subs for me and my employees because this is a busy weekend for us at our store to get steak and cheese subs with hardly any meat on them at all. Just goes to show you can't trust they're employees to make the subs ahead because you won't get what you paid fo just have to stand and watch them to get what you pay forr and trust it wasn't cheap to pay for but what I got was worth about the price of 1 sub and I bought 5 footlong steak and cheese. Store manager needs to retrain there employees to do the job right the first time. I will go to New Buffalo from now on. You lost my business at this location.i feel like I got ripped off and also had to apologize to all of my employees....
