Costco Wholesale — Local services in Bristol Township

I was excited to learn a store was opening near me, but honestly this was the worst store opening I've ever been to. They were not prepared to manage crowds inside the store. At the very least, they should have used a ticket system for the hot items. A better location such as a streamlined setup along a wall as opposed to the center aisle would have done wonders for crowd control. Even though I was there hours before opening in cold weather, I still failed to get the items I was there for because it was madness. People cutting and shoving with no order at all. Beyond that, allowing people to check out with both a personal and business account? Really not fair. I'm deeply disappointed in Costco as a whole over this. This was the new Costco I've been there twice within 1 week. The first time I was there it was a little weird due to they have a different setup then the one I'm used to in Plainfield/Joliet but once you walk the whole store you understand better where things are at there's usually people around to ask. I've had lots of samples and I've already started a wish list and I've basically priced some of the things on my white wish list against Sam's club and truthfully some of the things that I want there's only like a penny or two difference in price but the final of it is who's more convenient to get in and out of. Nice and big new Costco location. Was not expecting it to be super packed. I went on the first day it opened and everyone was really friendly, helpful and polite. Hopefully the great customer service doesn’t change over time but only time will tell. They were out of rotisserie chickens when I went in but after waiting for a while there were some ready. The chicken prepare guy was very polite, friendly and apologized for the wait. If you need to use the cafe be prepared to wait a while with the amount of people there. The gas station was good too with reasonable prices and zero wait which was a plus. Overall, I really enjoyed shopping here there is a great amount of variety and hopefully the customer service...
