Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Bristol

I love all of the Ollie's locations but I must say, this one was amongst the cleanest I've ever seen... Despite them running on a skeleton crew. I think I saw 2 employees total which wasn't a big deal to me as a customer but I felt so bad for the employees, they were busting their backs to care for the many customers that were there. I commend those employees for their hard work! *As an aside, theft must be a big issue there because I found a HEAVILY stained winter jacket (obviously something someone walked in with) hanging on a rack in the clothing area. That "customer" must have just walked in, swapped their jacket for one there, and just left their yucky jacket on the hanger. 3 stars ONLY because y'all need to let the employees have more help! Hire/schedule more people! I didn't have to wait in line or anything but even if I did, I know it would only be because upper management/district managers aren't scheduling or hiring enough staff. *Again, nothing against the employees there, they were absolutely wonderful despite being so short staffed. **Gross jacket that I mentioned. If you'd hire more staff, maybe your loss prevention initiative...

I’ve given this place two stars because I took my dog who is a service animal and places are not allowed to ask you to see proof of your paperwork. I would in store and I asked the lady upfront if it was OK if I brought my dog in she says yeah people do it all the time and then another employee comes up and tells me that they’re not pet friendly and that we need to leave Not only was she smart ass about it but I’ve seen other people coming there with their animals. they don’t ask them to see the paperwork. They don’t do nothing and they don’t say one word to them about how they need to leave, but they did with me and my dog wasn’t bothering nobody as far as I’m concerned I will no longer take my business to that all if I need something from there. This store is terrible. They lie on customers they take pictures of peoples tags and they lie to local police on people. They alter in store video servillence video to make it appear your stealing. I was personally accused of this in this store and I will never step foot in it again. I produced a receipt and gave it to the employee and they still called police and lied. I'll never shop in a Ollies the rest of my life. I am a upstanding citizen in my community and this has stained me. Your employees lie and management isn't any better. I hope your stores are closed because this is so wrong on many levels. I will spread the word so no one comes in to shop so you are forced...
