The owner is very kind and very helpful at the store in Bristol they are very helpful and very nice people and they have beautiful jewelry at great prices I love this place both stores are wonderful and the customer service is out of this world! The Johnson City store is just as nice and the service is superb you will always have a great experience as Southern Gold Traders Sometimes they have 22 karat gold coins and a wonderful price an entire ounce of gold. Great investment when they are in stock. The owner is a good decent honest man and the workers in the Bristol store are good decent honest people it’s hard to find that these days I did not even find such honesty and customer service at Tiffany and Co. in New York City !! they have blue diamonds that are spectacular and they have omega 14kt necklaces brand new for a great price. Both stores are decorated beautiful . A nice inviting Atmosphere and you are never pressured like at other jewelry stores. First time and last time I’ll ever darken the doorstep of this place, they offered $81 on a $1200 1 carat diamond solitaire 14k white gold ring with an official appraisal, even though he had all kinds of similar rings on display. Guy wasn’t too nice either. I highly do not recommend.

Wish there was a way to do negative stars I came in just trying to make a lil cash to pay bills cause I had been sick and fell short on my check . The guy starts off by immediately just looking at my stash of silver and says they're counterfeit. Mind you the silver was bought at a jewelry store about 16 years ago . For well over 200$ and I also brought in a 14 kt gold watch that was an anniversary gift in which I HAVE THE RECEIPT from palm beach jeweler's for over 2 grand and he looks at it and says it's stainless steel . Will never come back here and will be submitting a complaint with the BBB cause this man was rude and has no idea...
