Placed an order for pick up yesterday morning, never received an email about it being ready. Called before they closed and told me they would check on my order (they didn’t take my name or order number), placed me on hold for 15-20 minutes. Called right back and got the busy signal. Contacted them and wrote my feedback. So I called back today and after I explained my situation to the girl I heard her say “this is her”. She took my name and placed me on a quick hold. Got back on and she said my order would be ready by the end of the day. An hour later I receive a email saying they don’t have that item and that my order is cancelled. Maybe they really didn’t have it or maybe said that because of my feedback, I don’t know. However, I will never make a pick up order or shop from this store. The one in Tulsa is 10x better and...
