I had a great first experience when I stopped in the showroom on the way from my home to my other home needing a new kitchen. I knew I wanted Crystal cabinets and they carried them. I was told they have all the samples in the showroom (I later found out they really do not). The designer and plumbing manager were great and said everything you want to hear while I was there to move forward. I felt very confident in their abilities. Then from there I had a very poor experience. I decided to move forward with a design. The designer wasn't prepared for our second meeting when I drove back, and then provided a design very different from what we discussed. I also had to ask for it a few times. When I asked questions a couple of times about the design, she didn't really answer and then eventually said the sales manager would be taking over. I then left a message for the owner because the situation seemed very strange but didn't hear back. Then the sales manager called me and hung up on me. I was thinking he misunderstood me so I called right back and left a voicemail. I did not hear back. I gave them one more chance and called in and spoke with Charles. He said he'd pass along my info and concerns. He said it really didn't make sense and then proceeded to tell me that the designer I worked with left that previous Friday and the sales manager had been out sick for a few days. One issue was the color of the shower drain did not match the color of the faucets. They reordered and got the right one. Not much is in stock, so each reorder adds time. The other issue was the vanity sink valve body was for a sink with an overflow and we did not have an overflow. On the valve bodies, the staff's attitude was that because I did not buy the sinks from them, it was not their fault. However, we discussed that the sink was not going to have an overflow.
