AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!!!!! I ordered gomen besiga which is collard greens and short ribs and I received ONLY ONE short rib. Mind you the meal was $14.99, which is average. I went to the website to make sure i did not make a mistake about what I ordered and I didn’t. I called to ask about the order and the lady that spoke to me over the phone said she would not acknowledge that the description and the meal that i got were not the same (oh she admitted that there was only one rib and said thats how it comes) even though the picture of the meal and title clearly shows several ribs and and says “ribs” with an “s” in the name of the meal which is what i based my decision on. She accused me of wanting free food, even though I purchased two meals and had no complaints about the other meal. She asked me “how could i expect more than one rib at that price?” But i buy short ribs all the time at similar prices so how am I supposed to know the difference when the menu and name of the dish indicate your getting a meal with ribsssss? This place is a joke she does not deserve our money. She didn’t even try to fix the issue. She just blamed me,hung up, and ignored my subsequent phone calls.
