Played tennis here as a guest this morning (Jul 5 2021). The courts are OK, given that you play for free. But, if you're used to the typical paid or neighborhood court experience then there are several amenities you will find missing here, including reservations, benches, lights, scoreboards, and restrooms. The courts aren't very well maintained, so lots of debris from overhanging trees on one side, and there are many cracks in the surface (some with grass growing). Also, the layout of the courts means early and late in the day half the court is shaded and half is looking into the sun. So, if you use the bathroom beforehand, bring your own chair, wear sunglasses/visor, and lower your expectations, you can have fun playing tennis here...
Read moreDangerous slide - Park service needs to do something about it. The top of the blue slide is clearly installed too steep and goes immediately into a curve with unusually low outside walls. Our daugher went right over the edge and fortunately my wife caught her mid flight. The red slide right next to it is also unsafe but not as bad. It does a weird squigly instead of being straight. Again, both of the slides have VERY short outside walls on the turns. I'm shocked these haven't been fixed or removed.
