Waffle House — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I want to give this location NO STARS! THIS LOCATION IS NOT!! NOT!! I REPEAT NOT !! NOT A 24 HOURS LOCATION!! EMPLOYEES DO NOT WANT TO WORK! They do not pick up the phone.. I waited outside for over a hour at 5 am WITH MY CHILDREN to wait until a supposed 24 location to open.

I was not given a time they were to open. As it is technically a 24 hour location but the employees pretty much dictate what they want to do.

I literally sat outside, waited and watched them do nothing but talk amongst themselves.

I have never had such horrible service 😞 never at a waffle house in Atlanta. This is why I'm even writing this review.

This I am sure is just the employees not wanting to work. Well if you are looking for a job and have GOOD customer service experience, please apply. They need real help and real employees that want to work.

I wish I could give 0. The lady at the cash register was really nice but this was over shadowed by their manager losing my call in to-go order and me having to wait in total an hours for a sandwich, hash browns, and a small lukewarm “mistakenly” decaf coffee. I was ok with them losing my order and having to wait but when the guy went to make my Togo coffee, I could see from a quick glance that the regular coffee was pretty much empty so he looks back (to see if I’m watching) and picks up the full decaf coffee and as quickly as possible pours it in my cup, runs to grab some cream and brings it to me. I think I lost all hope in humanity in that one moment. I by no means am o frequent WH fan but I gave it a chance today. Happy to say that my first instincts were correct I should’ve stayed at home and made my own breakfast! That’s what I get for expecting excellence and quality from a below baseline...

Rude waitress her name was Tequya or something like that she got upset due to me asking for a clean rag to wipe my own table she decided not to serve me and tell another waitress to serve me which I was fine but I was there at least 15 min before they helped me out since the other waiter had all her tables dirty 3 customer came in after me and were served before me I did as for the manager , the waitress’s if I could be discreet about it since quote “she did not want drama being started” I answered politely yes ma’am don’t worry I will be discreet Another thing my table was infested in ants 🐜 20 min later …..manager still did not come to my table after I asked for her Update: manager did not know I had asked for her she came spoke tome...
