Lauren, the manager was so warm on the phone. And the leasing agents, Steven and Agnesa, are truly a dynamic duo! Their energy, kindness, and genuine care made me feel right at home. They answered every question with patience and clarity and made the entire leasing process a breeze.

This place is absolutely amazing, and the customer service is outstanding! I had the pleasure of meeting Steven and his fellow leasing agent, Nesa. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic.

Steven was incredibly knowledgeable about the apartments, well-versed in the surrounding area, and aware of all the exciting new developments. He was also a great listener, making me feel completely at ease, like this could truly be my new home.

As for Nesa, she was wonderful. I brought my seven-year-old daughter with me, and while she was having lunch, Nesa thoughtfully turned on some cartoons to keep her entertained while I spoke with Steven. My boyfriend and I just signed a lease at Solis Dresden and couldn’t be more excited to move in! We wanted to take a moment to recognize Steven, our leasing agent, who made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Update: I’ve been living here for about 3 months now, and it’s been a really positive experience. The amenities are always clean, and the trash chutes are well-maintained. Water pressure in the unit is great. Steven still greets me by name every time I see him!
