Update 8/5/21- we are back in the area and had to stop here. As always, place was clean, food was good and staff was friendly. Shut out to Ms. Esther... she was professional, friendly, nice. :) . We will be back when we're in the area again! This is our second pizza ranch we've visited this year. This location was much nicer, it's the little details that made the difference. There was a potato soup, ice cream, plastic bibs for babies, even the restroom had extra amenities. Of course the food was good and staff was friendly.

Nice, clean restaurant. The food was good and my son filled his plate to overflowing even though he could go back up for more. He said the fries chicken was just what he had been looking for. They offered a few pizzas with stuffed crust even! Large arcade area for kids with TVs around the dining area where you can keep an eye on your kids who are playing.

Nothing on the buffy empty. Only salad, ranch dressing was empty No new pizzas put out, asked when more pizza was going to get out. Said they are backed up with orders. The place was packed. 45 minutes no pizza. Couldn't even request a pizza. person at the register was really rude when I asked about the pizza. Not going back at $13.00 a plate of salad

Gluten Free / Sensitive Review. We grew up going to this location & absolutely loved & supported this business. My husband can have regular pizza & he still likes his $12.99 buffet a lot. Previously, before they tore it down and restarted up, the manager would give gluten free customers a pizza with their buffet purchase. Now each time we go there, they inform us that we have to buy the gluten sensitive buffet (3.99) & then buy a $15.99 pizza on the side, and then you have to pay $1 for each topping after the 1st topping. So generally I have to pay for an $18 pizza + $3.99 for rest of buffet. So $22 later for my meal alone, I'm feeling a little bit disgruntled. The worst part is that every single time we show up, the cashiers have absolutely no idea how to enter the gluten sensitive buffet & pizzas into the cash register so we always are there for a long time waiting for someone to figure out what we owe. Sometimes they charge too much. One time they said just buy the GF pizza & just feel free to help ourselves to the items we can eat off salad bar for free, which was amazing. The last time we went, the cashier was so confused he tried charging me $8 for the salad, and $18 for the small GF pizza, for a final price of $26 for my salad bar & GF pizza that I would be sharing with my daughter. I hate conflict but I cannot pay $26 for my food every time I want to go there. Once my daughter & I both got a GF pizza (she also cannot have dairy, so she ordered hers without cheese) and we paid $22 each, and she's only 7 years old. I feel overcharged and not catered to at all as a customer. The last time we ordered 1 GF pizza, half with cheese, and half without cheese. After a very long drawn out confused checkin process, we finally sat down and got the pizza full of cheese. We had to go back and ask if they could correct it. The cook in the back was more than happy to correct it and made another one. We really appreciate the cook and his fast accommodation! So I just stuck with 3 stars, being that we were finally taken care of, but the cashiers really can't seem to understand what to do & how to ask help, and end up overcharging. So frustrated & tempted to just quit going anymore when we have to ask for gluten free. Other pizza ranches will still let you pay for the buffet and get the GF pizza with that, just as you can request a pizza on the buffet if you aren't GF. It would be great if they could do as the other...

So me and my family used to order from pizza ranch all the time, we normally would order delivery and the food was great, then the other day we decide to order carryout on the way home from work and we get in the building was greeted promptly and the waitress was taking out order the her manager comes over and interrupts her from taking out order to speak to her, well she finished taking out order and we sat down and the place looked dirty as hell there were soda stains all ov we the counter food am across the floor diet and grim where the straws were sitting, so out order finished which no one there bothered to tell us after we waited 30 mins after it was done, the we get it home and we had the wrong pizzas so we called them to see what could be done and all we got were excuses of well maybe the waitress heard you wrong or she misunderstood them he went on to ask if I would wait on hold because he had another customer to attend to this place has the worst customer service from a manager I've ever seen and one of the filthist restaurants I have seen I will not be coming back. And everyone please take my warning to not eat at this...

First of all, I will say the food is great. When it's right. However, the employees here are so horrendous that this doesn't even deserve 1 star. My partner and I travel for his job. He often works late, so we order takeout a couple of times a week when he does. We choose Pizza Ranch usually because it's easy and the food is better than your typical takeout. Well, they literally mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER. I have lost count at this point. So today was the last straw due to a certain manager named Peter's response to our complaint. His first response was "well you don't have to order here"... then eventually said "you call here all the time complaining". YES, Peter... we do because your employees are incompetent. As are you, clearly. Most people would call complaining when their food is messed up constantly. Then he starts going on about mutual respect. Here's a thought, Peter... find another job. Because you clearly are not capable of not only running a restaurant and managing your employees to ensure the orders are right... but you also don't have a clue as to how to handle customers that are unhappy with...
