Gluten Free / Sensitive Review. We grew up going to this location & absolutely loved & supported this business. My husband can have regular pizza & he still likes his $12.99 buffet a lot. Previously, before they tore it down and restarted up, the manager would give gluten free customers a pizza with their buffet purchase. Now each time we go there, they inform us that we have to buy the gluten sensitive buffet (3.99) & then buy a $15.99 pizza on the side, and then you have to pay $1 for each topping after the 1st topping. So generally I have to pay for an $18 pizza + $3.99 for rest of buffet. So $22 later for my meal alone, I'm feeling a little bit disgruntled. The worst part is that every single time we show up, the cashiers have absolutely no idea how to enter the gluten sensitive buffet & pizzas into the cash register so we always are there for a long time waiting for someone to figure out what we owe. Sometimes they charge too much. One time they said just buy the GF pizza & just feel free to help ourselves to the items we can eat off salad bar for free, which was amazing. The last time we went, the cashier was so confused he tried charging me $8 for the salad, and $18 for the small GF pizza, for a final price of $26 for my salad bar & GF pizza that I would be sharing with my daughter. I hate conflict but I cannot pay $26 for my food every time I want to go there. Once my daughter & I both got a GF pizza (she also cannot have dairy, so she ordered hers without cheese) and we paid $22 each, and she's only 7 years old. I feel overcharged and not catered to at all as a customer. The last time we ordered 1 GF pizza, half with cheese, and half without cheese. After a very long drawn out confused checkin process, we finally sat down and got the pizza full of cheese. We had to go back and ask if they could correct it. The cook in the back was more than happy to correct it and made another one. We really appreciate the cook and his fast accommodation! So I just stuck with 3 stars, being that we were finally taken care of, but the cashiers really can't seem to understand what to do & how to ask help, and end up overcharging. So frustrated & tempted to just quit going anymore when we have to ask for gluten free. Other pizza ranches will still let you pay for the buffet and get the GF pizza with that, just as you can request a pizza on the buffet if you aren't GF. It would be great if they could do as the other...

Read moreFirst of all, I will say the food is great. When it's right. However, the employees here are so horrendous that this doesn't even deserve 1 star. My partner and I travel for his job. He often works late, so we order takeout a couple of times a week when he does. We choose Pizza Ranch usually because it's easy and the food is better than your typical takeout. Well, they literally mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER. I have lost count at this point. So today was the last straw due to a certain manager named Peter's response to our complaint. His first response was "well you don't have to order here"... then eventually said "you call here all the time complaining". YES, Peter... we do because your employees are incompetent. As are you, clearly. Most people would call complaining when their food is messed up constantly. Then he starts going on about mutual respect. Here's a thought, Peter... find another job. Because you clearly are not capable of not only running a restaurant and managing your employees to ensure the orders are right... but you also don't have a clue as to how to handle customers that are unhappy with...
