I was having trouble with my iPhone 6S and took it in to see if they could fix it. Wendy said it was likely just that the old battery had a bad cell and recommended changing it. They had a new Apple battery in stock and she said it would take them up to an hour to change it. I left to run some errands and it wasn't even 20 minutes before she called me on my other phone to say the iPhone was ready! My phone works great now. I was so pleased that I was able to get my phone fixed in our little town with an authentic Apple battery without having to send my phone to Apple Support or travel some crazy distance to an Apple store. Displeased with product. They replaced my screen, and when I come back to express displeasure about the yellow lightening on the screen and problems with the brightness with the new glass, they said “this is very similar to what we see come in and out of here” and proceeded to try and say that the phone I brought in must hav been already refurbished, and that there was a problem with my new phone, bought at the Apple store. The touch screen is also less sensitive and I’m having troubles completing activities that previously were no problem.
