If I could I would give this store 100 stars. My husband an I have been customers for years at ATT. From California and Washington state. Both my kids have grown up with att and still have it. Of course over the years I have spent many hours purchasing new phones, cases, accessories etc.. I have come in for help with my bill, adding and subtracting sons and daughter in laws, unlocking my phone for over seas travel etc etc etc.
BUT............never have I ever had such superior service as I got at this store in brookings Oregon. My husband and I got an old iPhone for my sister-in-law so she could FaceTime. Her archaic phone did not do that. A young man named Marty, came over to us when we entered and askedâhow he might be able to help usâ. And the rest is history, he turned out to be the most knowledgeable ATT representative that I have ever dealt with. We ended putting her on our account because after he checked it out it would be the least expensive and since we are seniors on fixed incomes this was extremely helpful. He spent several hours with us setting things up for us. Making sure both of our phones were up to date with our software updates. We ended up having a problem (which was no fault of Martyâs) where her phone and My phone couldnât FaceTime each other. We spent several days going back and forth with him trying to figure it out. And of course he did! He never once made us feel unwelcome in the store, or like we were bothering him when we would call or text. He always treated both of us with respect and kindness. This young man is a gem. I hope ATT what a superb employee they have in him. He went above and beyond for us.
Finally, I have never written such a detailed comment about an employee before. But Marty deserves every bit of praise and tons of gratitude.

Nick, the store associate assisting me, was amazingly patient and knowledgeable. Nick went above and beyond in his endeavor to resolve my issues while simultaneously tending to the influx of additional customers. Which at a time exceeded 6 persons other than myself. He remained composed, respectful, and efficiently took care of every last customer in an orderly fashion. Thank you for your awesome help, Nick! You're a great employee and more folks could stand to learn a lesson from your work ethic. If I was able to give ten stars, I'd give an 11.
