Dutch Bros is hands down my favorite coffee shop! Their coffee is always fresh and delicious, and their customer service is top-notch.

Horrible to say the least. I thought becuase only one mini pickup was in line on the street side I stood a chance to get my simple cold brew coffee quickly. Boy was I wrong, the collage girl in front of me was ordering for the whole team and instead of moving her OUT OF THE LINE AND to the side they kept me and the other 5 cars behind me waiting. Had they moved her out of the line I would have gotten my coffee that was ready in a matter of seconds. The girl serving the coffees obviosly new the girl in the truck as the were sitting chatting while keeping us all waiting. LAST TIME I FREQUENT A DUTCH BROS AT LEAST IN BROOKING! I ENDED UP LEAVING WITHOUT MY COFFEE AFTER SITTING THERE FOR DAM...

Walked up on a rainy day while my truck was in for an oil change looking for a walk up window which they didn't have. No big deal as l talked to the guy taking orders outside. He told me that I would have to go the back of the car line and wait. I explained that I was there prior to the next car in line and he still wouldn't help me next even though I was actually next. Maybe they don't like walk ups but damn this place and I'll wait till my oil change is done and go to the Dutch bros a 1/2 mile up the street. Never again at this location as the guy taking orders had an attitude that should be dealt with...
