I AM GETTING 400$ MONTHLY BILLS FOR A SINGLE PHONE LINE. I WENT TO TURN IN MY OLD PHONE AND SWITCH FROM SPECTRUM TO VERIZON. AND SOMEHOW MY PHONE TRADE IN NEVER WENT THROUGH EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME IT WENT THROUGH IN THE STORE. SO I AM GETTING CHARGED FOR MY NEW PHONE AFTER I WAS TOLD I WOULDN'T HAVE TO BECAUSE OF MY TRADE IN. AND THEN THEY MAGICALLY ADDED 2 LINES TO MY ACCOUNT, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO DEVICE CONNECTED TO THOSE LINES I AM GETTING CHARGED STILL. SO VERIZON TOOK MY OLD PHONE WHICH THEY VALUED AT 800 DOLLARS AND I GOT ZERO CREDIT OR ANYTHING FOR IT, AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR A NEW PHONE DESPITE THE TRADE IN OFFER THEY WERE ADVERTISING AND ADDED 2 LINES I NEVER ASKED FOR AND I AM NOW IN DEBT TO VERIZON. I WENT IN TO ASK FOR HELP MULTIPLE TIMES AND I GOT TOLD BY AN EMPLOYEE IT ISNT THEIR PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY MY BILL AND GET HELP FOR THIS FOR OVER A YEAR. We returned it within 10 minutes of purchase and were told there would be no charges because the reuturn was made within a certain time frame. However, after many attempts to resolve bills I've received for a service I don't have, and after being told that my balance is now zero and even receiving such balance in writing, I received a collections notice on my account for about $180 dollars. I either pay or get my credit hit. This is robbery and crookery. This company lies and takes advantage of people. I'm not joking. I usually do not have experiences like this.
