Unprofessional and inconsiderate of a working professional’s time. I booked an appt online with Anna more than 6 weeks ago which was confirmed via text/email. One week before the appointment I received a text/email that stated my appt was “denied”. There was no courtesy call or apology offering another accommodating appointment. Please note, for an appt to be “denied” it has to be confirmed in the first place. I was unapologetically informed it was a system error and Anna’s next available is in 4 months. I’m an incredibly busy health care provider and rescheduled my afternoon of patients to have time off for this appt several weeks ago. A professionally run business respects their client’s time (regardless as to whether they are a perspective vs established client) and fixes their errors. Denying someone an appointment they made 6 weeks ago due to an error on your behalf is your responsibility to find a solution. Yes, I was notified of my appointment denial 8 business days in advance…but this is about principle and being courteous about owning your mistake. I would have never left this review if I initially received an apologetic phone call and offered another appt within reasonable time. Anna is the ultimate professional. She is so passionate about her craft and believes in educating her clients. She offers Biologique Recherche which is a highly coveted and powerful brand that you can only access at certain retailers. She can help you with finding the right routine for your skin so that you have the ultimate skin success. She does not push products or recommend items because they are expensive. Since she has quite the client list and is a one woman show, I opted for a virtual skincare consultation between in person sessions to re-up on some of my favorite products and re-establish a routine. She provided me with her time and offers 1 day shipping. She is worth every penny and then some. There are a lot of facialists/aestheticians out there that are overpriced, not well educated and informed and just simply aren't passionate...Anna will blow you away. I met Anna over 3 years ago. I was nervous about the treatment I was going to get because I had never done it before (micro needling.) Not only was Anna attentive, sensitive, and thoughtful toward my nerves, she went above and beyond to comfort me in reassuring me everything was going to be fine. She walked me through EVERY single step of the procedure from the waiting area to the bathroom to the prep/numbing cream and then step by step throughout the whole process. I am a huge believer in making clients feel comfortable and safe and she made me feel so calm and safe, she had my trust 100% With that being said, I was hooked. Not only did my face/skin look AMAZING I felt I could trust her and I’ve told my own fitness clients about her for their own skin care needs.
